Welcome to the PTFA section.
What is the PTFA?
PTFA stands for Parents, Teachers Federated Association. Any parent or carer is automatically a member and welcome to help in any way they can.
What does the PTFA do?
We organise events throughout the year such as discos and non uniform days for the children, coffee mornings, the summer fayre, quiz nights and more. The aim is to have fun and socialise while raising money for the school.
How can I be involved?
The PTFA only exists with the support of parents and you can help in a number of ways. Anyone is welcome to attend meetings and have a say in what we do. Parents are also needed to help on stalls at discos, coffee mornings etc. or to make posters, wrap tombola prizes, bake cakes, fold raffle tickets etc. There really is a job for everyone, no matter how much or little time you can spare!
Being a part of the PTFA is a great way to meet other parents and become involved with your child’s school.
