Welcome toThe Federation of Heathfields Infant and Wilnecote Junior SchoolsACHIEVING AND GROWING TOGETHER WITH PRIDE

Thursday

Continuing with our learning from this week, today we will be exploring expanded noun phrases within poems.

An expanded noun phrase is  a phrase which contains a noun and at least one adjective. Where more than one adjective is used, commas should be used to separate them e.g mysterious, haunted house.

During the lesson you will learn to indentify and create your own expanded noun phrases.

The lesson will end with a final practise of this week's spellings.
